Vitinya State forestry is located in the western part of the Balkan Mountains, and its headquarters are located on the eponymous pass. The hunting farm manages forests and game on an area of ​​21,579.9 ha. The main game species are red deer, followed by roe deer and wild boar. There are two stations for intensive breeding and use of red deer, fallow deer and mouflon, as well as a station for intensive use of wild boar, with a total area of ​​ 550 ha. The excellent trophy availability attracts a wide range of Bulgarian and foreign hunters who visit the farm many times. On the territory of the farm is the only herd of Tibetan yaks in Bulgaria, which are also subject to hunting tourism.

Vitinya State Forestry has a hunting lodge, which has five separate double rooms, dining room, hunting area with fireplace and an impressive trophy hall.

Mountain lovers can visit the area of ​​the farm all year round and admire the beautiful nature of the Stara Planina chain in its western parts. The international tourist route Kom-Emine, part of which passes through the territory of the farm is an attractive place for fans of extreme sports, hiking, mountain biking and ecotourism. Organized photo safaris are an additional attraction offered on the farm.
