The Community culture centre in the village of Skravena was founded on 19th of February 1906 in an old style – the day of the Bulgarian liberation, whose name is the same until today (new style 3rd of March). For more than a century, it has conserved the Bulgarian traditions and at the same time strives to meet the requirements of modern times, related to new technologies for information services of the people.
The Community culture centre organizes traditional holidays and celebrations, related to the local and national calendar. Its library has a rich fund, functional rooms and equipment under the “Global Libraries” program, all this provides the opportunity for interesting initiatives.
The building, where the Community culture centre is located, was opened in 1982.
